ShockDAQ is a control and measure system based on windows 2000/XP OS, the basic standard configuration is single channel.
The detail configuration:
● One PC (DELL computer, dual core 2G/1G memory/80G/DVD/WinXP);
● One charge accelerometer (DL24100, charge sensitivity 3.0pC/m/s2,frequency range 1 -8000Hz, maximum measuring range is 20000m/s2);
● One charge amplifier with one channel (YE5852A, maximum input charge ± 106pC, sensitivity 0.01-1000mV/PC, maximum output ±10VP, maximum output current ±100mA);
● One data acquisition board with one input channel (9111DG/HR, sampling frequency 110kHz, 12 or 16 bit analog value input resolution, 32 bit PCI bus).
Note: 1) Supply the option of 2 input channels, 4 input channels, 8 input channels data acquisition board.
2) Capability of connecting all kinds of charge accelerometers and charge amplifiers.
Features:
● Measure range can be set to improve signal sensitivity;
● Auto-adjusting of gain and FIR digital stepless filter;
● Automatically measuring the parameters of shock wave and displaying peak acceleration, pulse width and the change of velocity;
● Capability of single sample and continuous sample;
● It can display and save history and support maximum and minimum statistics;
● Available for DBMS, saving sample data and load parameters automatically, and, saving and redisplaying measure data;
● Sample data can be made into a test report in word format, which can be printed or edited later;
● With allowable error band of GJB150, GJB360A, GB2423, GJB548A, GJB1217 and MIL-STD-810F standards;
● Function of analyzing shock power spectrum and response spectrum (optional).
